RAYMOND'S broken lift made shopping difficult. Couldn't explore properly. Staff didn't help. Main thing was the manager who was very rude with his words very Bad experience, especially for people with mobility issues. Needs fixing for a better shopping experience.
Good selection and in-house tailoring. Conveniently located and spacious showroom with adequate staff. Air-conditioning could be better. It was a bit warm inside.
Worst customer service and the manager never bothered about the customer. We got no support from staff so decided not to shop from Raymond Nagercoil (at least until the current manager is in position) We then shopped from Van Husen(Nagercoil) where we got great support from the team.
Worth for money i won't say that the have a very large varieties of collection but they definitely have a good dresses and they service good and there response towards customer was extremely good and coats the best place you can go and they stitch the coat at its very best.

Worst staffs . Manager's attitude is worst. Please avoid Raymond Nagercoil and don't ever expect any kind of support after your purchase. They don't even bother to see the bill and they judge you like as if we have bought it from a local shop.
