Wish I could give less than 1 star for my experience. 3 stars for food quality and atmosphere. I recently dined here and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From start to finish, several aspects of the visit left me thoroughly disappointed. The service provided by the staff was extremely lackluster. Not only did they seem disinterested in attending to customers, but they also failed to provide any information about the menu. This lack of transparency left me feeling lost and frustrated, as I had no idea what options were available to me. One of the most frustrating parts of the evening was when I specifically requested non-spicy food due to my preferences, only to receive dishes that were surprisingly spicy. This clearly reflected a lack of attention to customer preferences and dietary requirements, and it significantly marred my dining experience. Moreover, I was taken aback by the overly friendly behavior of a staff member towards children. While it's important for staff to be welcoming, offering to take a child into their arms and serving ice cream crosses a professional boundary. This behavior can make some diners uncomfortable and compromises the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. Adding to my disappointment, I noticed that some of the staff members were sitting outside, seemingly preoccupied with their mobile phones. This gave the impression that customer service was not a priority and that they were more focused on personal matters than attending to the needs of diners. I hope that management takes these issues seriously and works towards improving their service and professionalism for future patrons.

The Ranch Tavern & Grill is a restaurant cum bar. They offer a wide variety of dishes and beverages. Things that I loved: The ambience is lovely. It's a cowboy-themed restaurant Look & feel wise it's worth a shot. I find the dishes affordable. It will cost about Rs400-Rs500 per person Things that I didn't like: Service was a bit delayed They did a blunder in the bill. Some of the items we didn't even order were there and the quantity of the items was wrong as well. Verdict: You can definitely give it a try but remember to check your bills carefully

Situated on the 3floor, next to food court The Ranch has been reopened after the renovation. Theme is unique. Ambience is quite nice. Tatse of the food is seriously just woooow. Prices are nominal. Though not very much spacious yet comfortable sitting area with separate bar. They have even given a miny dance floor. But their service need to be improved.

Recently was this amazing place on Saturday night and we totally loved it. From Ambience too food and service everything was too good at very reasonable prices. Food items are too good and very unique with prompt service. Loved the ambience as its theme is really amazing. Overall a perfect party place.

Loved the vintage feel and specious Ambience. Food is quite good, spring rolls, sizzlers, soya chaap was real good. Service could have been better. Chocolate shake and mocktail was also good. Can visit with friends.

Visited the place for lunch about two weeks back. The Covid has taken its toll. The usherer almost pushed us inside. We were the only people to eat, so did not want to order something exotic, lest it may not be fresh. The decor was of a western restaurant but the music was Hindi pop and loud. The furniture could have been better. But it seems all the money was spent on seating arrangements at bar. The bar still had Covid restriction and was not open. Free complementary one golagappa . The good was simple that one gets at any midsize restaurant, nothing to write home about. Budget friendly. The waiters appeared to be new and need lot of training. The laying down of table, cleaning etc, everything needs fineness. May visit again for budget menu.

Themed Restaurant are the new trending thing in Lucknow recently got a chance to visit one such themed restaurant named as THE RANCH which is COWBOY themed Place located in One awadh centre,cinepolis, Gomti nagar It is a first Cowboy themed cafe in lucknow with Country Special food and Music I Visited "The Ranch" for their new menu launch! And they have added a lot of fun things to their menu! It totally justifies the name The Ranch as it is based on Cowboy theme they also have a Bar area! FOOD: It is a Multicuisine food cafe which specialises in mexican dishes! They also have Hookahs and many drinks which include cocktails and mock tails So you get an option to choose from a wide variety of food and drinks! AMBIANCE: It is not a very huge place but is definitely a very quiet and comfortable place away from the chaos! As it is based on cowboy theme u actually get those western country vibes! They have live music which makes the space amazingly wonderful! They have all Cowboy props which is definitely awesome We loved clicking pictures and playing with the props My Overall Experience: As it was a New Menu Launch some dishes are actually amazing but some require attention but overall I loved the country vibes and enjoyed my visit to this place!
