Please visit this place if your idea of vacation is doing just nothing, not ticking off places off your list. A very nice property with great views of the mountains and great home style cooked food, not heavy on your tummy. The chef goes out of the way to cook the food as per your liking. Staff is very courteous but needs more training. I saw one server setting up a table for lunch, he dropped a spoon on the floor, just picked it up and placed it on the table for the guest's use. Did not find a manager or senior staff around. Looks like neemrana people just trained some locals and have left them to manage the property.

Great place amongst nature and its serenity... the reach to the property is demanding for people from plains but at the end of it , you would find it worth ! Hope to come back here again!!

One of the best property in Nainital managed by Neemrana hotels. The staff is very good specially the manager Mr. Deepak and cliffhouse keeper Mr. Anand. We stayed for 2 days and planning to visit the place again.

Very scenic...the cliff house view is very good...rooms are nice neat and clean...staff is very polite...food is tasty..

We had a terrible experience with staff of Neemrana in this property. Property is managed by the local staff, not properly trained to serve and do not have even basic ethics. We left in the midnight from the property, well informed the series of incidents happened with us to Neemrana staff as well but apart from their automated emails - we got nothing. Disappointed with the way they handle the complaints. It is better to stay in nearby local stays rather than spending huge amount on this property for services which are actually not available.

One of the best accommodation in Ramgarh area,every cottage is unique and architecture is very beautiful..property is well maintained.

We stayed there for 2 days, wonderful property in the middle of fruit trees. Watching sunrise and sunset was the most beautiful part of stay. All the staff member from front desk to kitchen were helpful and courteous. Food needs some improvement as they have limited choice in breakfast.one should not forget to try their in house jams.

The location, old colonial vibe and a very helpful staff is what makes me want to go back there again. Stayed in Cliff house for two days. Rooms are spacious. The food is made on personal preference. The issues I had were with the menu pricing and poor single mattresses joined with sponge to make a double bed. Special shoutout to the gardening staff for going out of the way to get me some pahadi rose cuttings.
