Fantastic service and ambiance. Sampling a bit from each food variety would fill you up. The desserts were extensive, albeit a little too sweet. Overall, it was an incredible experience.

Raj Pavilion, ITC Windsor is one of a place to have lunch or dinner for special occasions. it's decor gives it the perfect ambiance and a wannabe place. The spread is very large cutting across the cuisines. It's also place to try some local cuisine from the live kitchen. The service is fast and staff very helpful and courteous. I want to give full marks to the F&B Executive - Ishardeep Singh and his co. to manage the place well on Sunday lunch. Loved the spread of desserts and cold cuts.

The place has all the vibes of grandeur when it comes to food, service and taste. The presentation is obviously very good considering its inside a 5star property. The team took care of every aspect to cater to our needs and especially for kids. Must go.

Amazing all day dining restaurant at ITC Windsor. I have been here twice, once for Ala carte and once for buffet. It's a multi cuisine restaurant and dishes tasted very good. Buffet spread is huge, it was quite tasty as well. Great service, Staffs are really nice but the food takes quite sometime to reach your table. Sometimes more than 45mins. That's the one part they need to improve on.

Had a wonderful time here! We celebrated our first month anniversary over here. The staff were courteous and warm. Especially Mr. Shiva and Mr. Abhradip who organized a tastefully crafted chocolate cake which was surprise for us. The food was delicious and we highly recommend the Tom Kha soup.

The Raj Pavilion is true to its name. With glass rooftop and it's decor gives it the perfect ambiance for a Royal breakfast. The spread is very large cutting across the cuisines. However, it is also place to try some local cuisine from the live kitchen. The service is fast and staff very helpful and courteous. Really enjoyed the breakfast here.

This review is for the Weekend Dinner Buffet @ Raj Pavilion and Vegetarian dishes only So my rating of the buffet is a comparison to similar costing buffets from my experiences. FOOD: 5.2/10 Soup - Broccoli soup which lacked the flavour from the broth Breads - This was the best section according to me. Loved their breads. Lots of varieties. From white to sourdough to multigrain. There we dinner rolls and cheese rolls and what not. Also, a generous helping of salted butter on the side, i was in danger of filling myself with the carbs. Salads - This was a forgettable section. Nothing extraordinary to write about. But the cut fruits , especially the pineapple was very sweet and freshly cut. Starters - variety of Vegetarian starters are available. But the taste was just average for my palate. We had options of tandoor items, indo chinese and continental. International options - There was some fried gnocchi with pumpkin sauce. The gnocchi had gone soft and was all paste. There was hardly any sauce. There were couple of chinese options like noodles and a gravy to go with it. My taste buds didn't call the dish to my mouth, hence skipped. Indian main course - the options for Indian gravies were good for vegetarians. Ofcourse the spicing in a star hotel is always mild, so keep that in mind. But the breads were served very late to our table. This was the only draw back from the service team. There was some options in rice items in Both veg and non-veg as well which i didnt taste. Desserts - The dessert section is the one which makes my heart go weak. There were lots of options. From Traditional Indian desserts like mysuru pak to halwa to Kheer to shahi tudka to western baked desserts to ice cream . The shahi tudka was very soggy though. And brownie was great and so were the little bite sized pastry . I just fell in love with the mint and zucchini pastry. Service - 8.2/10 The service was great. They bought the starters to our table as we were a large group and some extra cutlery as well. The only star they lost was during the main course where they did not time the service of the India breads like naan , roti, laccha parantha and kulcha properly. Ambience - 7.6/10 Do check out the frames badges from Different contingent from around the world while you take breaks in between. Actually i didnt pay much attention to it as i was busy with my friends. Overall - 6.7/10

Sunday Lunch buffet Overall a good spread but limited starters. Main course and desserts options are good Service is average with not many staff around. Ambience is decent though the AC was not very effective. Food was a major let down for a Sunday lunch buffet - Very limited appetizers - No salads - No cut fruits - No ice cream - Beverages at the counter lack fizz - not very interesting chats - No pizzas or pasta or Risotto - No live grill While the hotel ambience and greenary is awesome the restaurant is nothing great. Overall wow factor is missing. Would I spend again 2999/- plus tax for a Sunday brunch - Answer is NO.
