One of the best gym in Baruipur, super cool ambiance to workout. Qualified trainer make sure that you do your set in a right form. Trainer gives you the assurance of building your physic the way you want. I'm having a great experience from last 3 and half years and affordable fees. The main thing I love about the staff of the gym and gym trainer is incredibly friendly . They have advanced equipment and even the gym is hygienic. Such a positive vibe as soon as you walk in the doors. Highly motivational environment for workout. Functional area apart from traditional gym sections like cardio, strength and weights, Well maintained. Nit & clean changing room section. And finally I would say about the owner Abhishek, he is a nice person ,friendly and very much supportive.. I love my gym 'The Rage workout' .

The gym is well maintained with proper equipments and experienced trainers. I have been training under Abhishek who is awesome and has put in a lot of effort and support. Well justified monthly fees given gym is open 14+ hours x 6 days a week with round the clock trainers' guidance.

I personally got trained by Abhishek Sahu. As per me he is one of the finest trainers whom I've met and he kept me through a constant workout schedule which helped me reduce my weight from 101 to around 80 kgs in 3 months and my mobility and athletics ability increased to intermediate level from zero. Just missing a little more variety of equipment that's why a Star is reduced. Overall this gym can be considered by everyone starting from beginner till pro.
