The Raas Mahal Hotel - Hotel in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

As the part of my Jaipur visit I had stayed here between 23.10 .2023 and 25.10. 2023. The room facilities are excellent. Lift and hot water facilities are available. Neat and clean place and well maintained by the administration of the hotel. Food stuffs are very tasty and hygiene one. The manager, receptionist and the staffs are very kind enough to attend the customers. In total, it is worthy to our money which we are paying.

I've stayed in a lot of places in India that cost way less, so I'm pretty disappointed in this stay. The bed was comfortable but sheets were dirty, there was no hot water for shower (which I understand is a luxury), breakfast and coffee were below average, and the front desk staff were pretty rude, as were the other guests who were yelling in the hall way late at night and early morning. Honestly the only good things were the room service food, and bed. I don't like leaving bad reviews but for this kind of price we were pretty disappointed.

I went there with my whole family for a family function didn't like the service. Staff was also not good. Wifi and T.v doesn't work. Food is also not too good something's were even tasteless. Room service was really bad. Location was also not that attractive.

I had amazing experience at the Raas Mahal Hotel. Amazing food, all the touristy locations were nearby. Overall a great stay.

Hotel was good.....but staffs got very attitude....they dont even know their duties and customer care...breakfast ends at 10am,we went for breakfast at9:10am but there was nothing and they act like they dony even bother....and there is boy doing room service if we ask something he behaves like we have disturbs him.....no hospitality or customer care...

Only reason for two stars is because the bed sheets were clean. We arrived 6am - check in time was 12pm. We understood that we would likely have to pay additional charges for early check in but we're surprised to find we have to pay a whole additional night stay for the 6 hrs. We also were trying to cancel our last night but due to the "change in rate" it would have cost us more to actually cancel. This was frustrating but we let that pass as traveling comes with these challenges. Once we entered the elevator there was a overwhelming putrid smell of chewing tobacco someone had spit on the floor that was left uncleaned. Entering the room, it smelled of stale cigarettes and cleaner (suppose to be a smoke free hotel), stained curtains, walls and furniture and dirty floors. The bathroom was also very dirty ( not cleaned properly before we arrived) and throughout our stay we killed 6 cockroaches that kept appearing in the bathroom. The bar upstairs was unkept as well, food on the floor, Sauces dried and left on table from previous guests. There were beer bottles in the hallway when we arrived that were still there when we left 2 days later. Do not stay here if you are looking for a clean quiet place to stay in Jaipur.

We had a stay of 4 days over this place and it was a great experience. To start with we had a late checkin at around 2am and we were pleasantly surprised that they had arranged dinner for us at such an odd hour. The staff were very polite and helpful. On the last day we had a train at around 10pm but our hotel was booked till 10am. On talking to Mr.Mohammad(owner) he immediately offered us to leave the luggage at the reception and without any extra charge. It was a great hospitality on their part and this was very impressive to say the least. Lastly it was raining and they also tried to arrange a cab for us. It was a great experience with u guys and we are thankful for that. Location wise its right in between all major tourist spots. I highly recommend this hotel for couples and family alike.
