Very poor maintenance. Pathetic stay. AC will work only for five minutes and runs intermittently. Staff just say sorry and told they will change the room but didn't change. Breakfast and lunch are not available. Very very limited (two or three) food items available for dinner. All food were ordered through Zomato... Dosaa and chutney were really good.

Visited on 13th Feb 2021. Wost Hotel in my stay across India!!! I wouldnt even give 1 star for this club. It was the most horrible experience we had during all our travels. They charged us 1600 + 300 for the extra bed. For the charge they levied on us we could have easily got into WelcomHotel ITC, but we decided to go here so that my kid could run about freely. We are in Covid times and hygiene was something the staff did not know anything at all. Bed Sheets had stains, it looked like the floor was not swap wiped for a year or so. I was so horrible that my wife could not sleep all night and my kid of 4 years had mosquito and bed bugs all over his face. I wish there was a way to take this club to the court for the harrasement we entailed. There was fungus under the carpet before the bathroom. The water stopped suddenly when I was taking a bath and had to go down to the watchman and complain on the same, only then did he switch on the pump for the overhead tank. There wasnt a soul at the front desk when we were checking out. I am a member at Bangalore, if the same treatement is meted to any guest at KSBA we will ensure that we take all staff to task. I think the members of this club are least bothered on the facilities given out to fellow travellers. Would not recommend any traveller to stay away from this club at all cost. Moreover would ask any concerned health inspector to cancel all lodging licence to the club immediately.
This Club is meant for only members and their family and friends. It is centrally located and easily accessible in Coimbatore city. This club is termed as 'Pensioners Paradise' as per my personal view. Good food and wine, good service and well maintained.
