The Pushkar Mantra Resort - Resort hotel in Pushkar - Ajmer, India

The resort is nice, but the location is so far from the city and there is no proper road available to reach, There are a lot of mosquitos in the room, the said hotel is affordable for a bachelor rather than family. Service is also not that much better.

The location was inside, the road to the hotel was also not good. There's plenty of parking space in the garden outside. We booked 2 rooms, the rooms were clean but the bucket in the bathroom was dirty. Rooms were spacious, AC was in both the rooms. We have been provided the wifi password as well. We tried to have lunch but the kitchen and dining room was empty as if they are not cooking anything at all and we decided to step out to another restaurant. The breakfast next day was not sufficient for 4 people and it took them more than 40-45 minutes to prepare after ordering, so we decided not to order more as we were getting late already. Service is super slow in case of food. It's hard to find someone at the reception or when you call there's no one to pick up. It's okay-ish hotel compared to the price we paid for 2 days for 2 rooms. It was not worth the money we paid.

Good resort . Distance from city center is fine . Enough car parking space

We were here for a birthday party. We used thier pool and after 2 hours they were like come out your time is over, i am from ajmer i Travel all over Rajasthan for official work but this was my work experience ever. Like how one can say to get out thier pool they can request or they can request you to pay extra but they cant say to get out within 10 min. After all we tried to communicate with them but they had another booking. It was soo fuxking bad experience to visit with people becuase of thier tackling with customer. I feel soo ashamed visiting to this resort with my ppl.

I visited this resort today for the pool party,the staff was very ill-mannered and will never visit this resort ever again because the services were very poor,never seen services like this although I visit pushkar very frequently. Will not recommend anyone reading this to visit and spoil their day or vacations.
