The Pushkar Bagh - Resort hotel in Pushkar - Ajmer, India

It was one of the worst hotels I have recently visited. I am a frequent traveller. The hotel is under renovation. Ideally, they should stop accepting guests while work is going on. They lacked basic amenities, such as a phone and refrigerator in the room. If you had to call anyone for anything, you need to call the person from your mobile evertime. The breakfast was charged to us for three days for two adults, while there was no buffet in either of the three days (they were serving among the few options they were offering that day). Not at all value for money. The walls were damp, the room was sticky. Overall not a good experience at all, even it was far off from the city, considering Pushkar being a small town. The staff in under trained, nit well equipped and manage is arrogant.

The room and specially the bathroom was very clean and confortable. Also the service was what we expected, thank you!

zero maintenance. Water logging in the bathrooms, taps coming into our hands while using. Commods flush was also not working properly. There was no proper hot water facility. Cleaning service was very poor had to remind multiple times to clean common area and rooms. The floor tiles on steps were broken chances of falling is high. TV was also not working. No wifi and intercom facility was also not available. It was difficult to contact the facility person. No proper response from the management.

Don't book this hotel, we book for our trip one month ago, and pay full amount . Today after long drive and finally arrived hotel. But they told us , your booking cancel by hotel, any issue talk to booking agent. Because the got the wedding group guest, so they go for group and cancel our booking without notice in advance. This is not acceptable. For your safety, don't book this hotel.

It's an amazing place with the best rooms and staff services. The food quality was awesome and the staff was very cooperative and friendly. One of the most amazing thing in this hotel is the infinity pool which multiplies the fun at this place where you can chill and relax for hours. Overall, it's the best fit in Pushkar at reasonable prices and you should definitely visit this place to make your Pushkar trip amazing!!

Toiletries were not there. Not even a single soap plus the flush was also not working and there was no telephone to call the room service. But the pool was very nice. Hotel staff was polite and helpful and overall property was also good.

Beautiful resort on the foot hills of aravali range..... very close to market and bramha temple..... food is very levish.......
