It's a decent hotel to stay near Railway station. Nice rooms, good breakfast. This is not a vacation place so come here to just kind of stay over at night. Breakfast is good. Room cleaning aunty Yasmin is very humble, polite and helpful. I liked her hospitality. Owner should take care of her well.
The only okay thing about this hotel is the rooms. I mean they are equivalent to a normal 3 star hotel. Except that all other parameters are just horrible. For water bottles, tea-coffee-milk sachet refills, you have to call each time. We booked our room with breakfast, which also wasn't a good decision. Everyday menu is the same. Tea & coffee are really really the worst I've ever had in life. Bcz of all this the justified price should be 2K approx.

The Purple Leaf Hotel is a business casual sorts of hotel in Sec'bad area. It's probably the only hotel that is slightly better maintained and cleaner. It is recommended for short term stay. The average room price is in the range of Rs 3000/- per night. If you book it at the hotel then it's Rs 3800/- per night.
Stayed there between 20th to 23rd October, overall very dissatisfied, they don't have newspapers, the food especially the breakfast buffet was very poor, there is a busstop right at the entrance of the hotel, which makes quite inconvenient .
Worst service..... Worst staffs..... Staffs are very arrogant...... Useless.... Don't believe from the previous reviews......Even oyo kind of hotels will give better service........ Manager is not responding..... And valet parking they don't know how to do.....The vehicles are parked in the road...... Drivers are not present when we need vehicle.......in side the room heavy noice from the AC..... I face sleepless night........ It's really pathetic.......i never face this kind of service in my life...... The manager don't know how to behave with guest.......
