The Punjabi Rasoi Sarjapur Road - Featured Reviews (3280)
Visited the restaurant for a dinner and hoping for good veg options and wasn't disappointed at all. Positives: The vinegar onion , aachar and chutney plate was a plus. Great taste Veg options were great The paneer Maalamaal is just lip smacking ( would recommend) Starters were adequately spicy Kadhai Mushroom was great Kulchas were light and tasty Negatives: Service could be a bit faster( was a weekend night so I understand)
The food here is amazing and you get the authentic Punjabi taste. Being a Punjabi cuisine, you can definitely taste the butter, ghee, cream in your food. Chicken Chaat, Amritsari Chicken & Mutton Rogan Josh was very tasty. The staff was well behaved & polite. Will definitely visit soon.
Starter was good, Paneer aachari was really good. Chiken Afghani was not upto mark, could be better. Overall good food and ambiance, if you are planning on weekends peak time, there might be some waiting period. Can avoid lassi as it is far away from actual Punjabi lassi. Entry It's same lift for Social and 2 restaurant, you might need to wait for 10 min for lift :)
This is a good restaurant serving North Indian food. The menu is not as big as some other North Indian restaurants, but the food is very good. It serves both veg and non veg food. The service is very fast. The sitting area is comfortable. The ambience is okay. Pro tip: Do try out the kulchas here!
It's an average restaurant. Food is not that great and a bit over priced. Ambiance is good and service is also nice
The first thing which came to my attention was the staff. Being October 2nd, i saw higher crowd but Girish who was managing it was exceptionally calm and joyful. In job like these often people test patience, but he has a seen like state and all others. Food was excellent and we enjoyed mutton rogan, paneer lababdar and butter tandoori rotis with lassi. Lassi could have better though as it was missing the star malai in it which is common across north. Enjoyed and must visit place.
I enjoyed the food at this restaurant, which offers a variety of dishes that can be customized according to your spice preference. The food was delicious and well-prepared, satisfying my taste buds and appetite. The restaurant also allows you to choose your spice level, from mild to extra hot, depending on your liking. This is a great feature for those who want to have more control over their food experience. However, be prepared to face some crowd on weekends, as this place is quite popular and busy. You may have to wait for a table or order in advance. Overall, I recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good food and spice.
Overall experience was good. We reached at 10:40pm & they were taking last order @ 10:45pm. So we ordered Punjabi paneer, Chur Chur Naan & one non veg dish. Chur chur Naan is mandatory in Punjabi rasoi. Service was fast but taste is not up to the mark in comparison to Indira nagar Punjabi rasoi. But it's Good not better.
The best food I've had in Bengalaru. The staff was amazing and recommended great options, all of which were incredible. The level of service was excellent and everyone went out of their way to make it a great dining experience.
Small Neighborhood eatery run by a Sardarji Family. Excellent taste, very authentic flavours... limited vegetarian menu... Punjabi cuisine... very affordable... crowded on weekends...
A must visit for north indians in bangalore. The food is just soo good and homely. The quantity and quality both is fantastic. Being from gurgaon and a foodie, this place has personally became my favourite in just one visit. Try there kadhai paneer i

One of my favourite places to have North Indian food, even though they only make vegetarian food. The food here makes you miss less of North and more of home. The food here is worth it. The location of the place can be a bit strange for some, but it'
