Very rude customer service, most of the staff is not informed and the informed person will see you on an appointment basis. Don't have the ability to hold a conversation and have a basic dignity to talk to people. Good products but very amateur staff and service

Mess of a shop. Extremely slow response of the staff. Mismanagement hinders their performance. Prices are high. No discounts or offers. The Debit/Credit card machine does not work. The staff is not polite or friendly. However they do have a wide range of products available, but takes a lot of time for them to sort stuff out.

Well stocked. And you'd probably find what you're looking for. But the quality might be in question. Personally I bought a basketball for 600 INR, Adidas. Pretty good, so I'm happy with the place. It was very old and covered in dust, but they cleaned it up and it works well.

The rates are good and the team follows up with you on the status of your equipment if ordered. Mr. Happy is the man running the show, does not negotiate on price, although the delivery schedule of my product was a bit tight, it was delivered and installed on time. they are able to keep up with their word. parking space in front of the shop is a scarce. two wheeler can manage, but 4 wheeler would be a challenge; its the same in karol bagh.

Worst quality products are available. Customer service & satisfaction is worst. I hd purchased two items & both are unfortunately useless in terms of quality comparing it's price. Owner is simply making nuisance in exchanging its own products once delivered.
