The gym is awesome with best services. Proper hygiene is maintained and it is sanitised daily. Trainers are very helpful and motivating. Proper exercises are told here. Best equipments with services of yoga ,dance,spa and steam are also available here.Especially Rohit sir and sukhjinder sir are very inspiring.They recognize the requirements of their clients and are passionate about teaching.It is a really great option for others to choose this gym .
One of the best gym or u can say no.1 gym in mohali area . The whole staff here is very cooperative . The cleanliness and the atmosphere inside the gym is very good . Now I want to talk about trainer by the way all the trainers are very good , here but my favourite is Vishu sir coz the way he teaches and the way he work on every gym client is very different from other , unke saath workout krke lagta h ki workout kia h ni to just normal . I have become his fan and I will suggest to all of you that whenever you come to this gym definitely take training from him ....
