very very worst service and response for sending parcel.....also costly..... In the opposite side DTDC is more than better all the wise........ they are did all services for sending a parcel with the low price including parcel charge.....

Worst customer service. Parcels will not be delivered. The receiver has to visit their place to collect the parcels. Most of the time the calls will not answered or rejected. The parcels are kept in worst condition. If we go to collect the courier, they search all the places top to bottom, left to right and will answer the item has not reached. It has to be informed that we received call from the office & again they will search and delivered.
One of the worst courier service in India. They don't have proper tracking system nor has good customer support. They never deliver on time and gives irresponsible answers.Don't waste money on this courier service.

Very bad service. They don't deliver to your house. They ask you to come and collect the courier. Rude lady on phone insults customer to collect the courier.
Not delivering curriers even the delivery address is next door.. calling customer to come and collect the parcel. If customer -we go to collect we are asked with irrelevant questions such as female spoke or male spoke and not attending calls... Irresponsible employee . Not a healthy talk or relevant talk.
