Very very worst behaviour including owner of this professional courier person also worst behaviour, ( 07.11.2023 I went to courier office to booked a parcel to Chennai, it was cost of rupee 55/- I gave rupee100/- and balance they gave a rupee 10/- of torned note, while raised a question don't have chance if you need to send parcel or not otherwise you should cancel the booking. ) This is not a good manner while doing customer they Didn't give proper message proper communication it's means lethalegically answering, not only that time many time while receiving a parcel service also they didn't gave good manner at all, once am think myself only this kind of work they do randomly visit this courier office also they arguing many customers also while coming outside they gave wrong feedback also... What am said as kindly this regional head person do proper guidance to this courier office they don't have how to deal customers...

Very worst courier service ever in Gobichettipalayam. 1. If we booked door delivery that delivery person won't deliver he asked to come and collect at courier office. 2. Lack of customer service. If we called the courier office to get know the information they will attend the call and will cut the call without providing solutions. If we try again they won't attend our call 3. I used professional courier in Chennai Tiruppur and Erode and never faced issue like this but in Gobichettipalayam very worst

Poor service. No on time Delivery. Person on call, speaks arrogant and escapes from giving proper response.

Worst ,they don't car about the packages safety, everytime they call you to collect the package from their office. Not worth . Go for any alternative.

Very BAD and Poor service. I had a pathetic experience two times with professional (unprofessional in work and service) courier among which I wish to share one here so that no one should run into the same situation. I wanted to transit a medical package from this branch to Hyderabad and the Mr.perfect ladies who works here promised with their sugar coated words that it would be delivered in 2 days if I take Pro Premium service (which is 5 times costly than normal shipping cost). Also, as per Professional courier policies, if the Pro Premium package is not delivered within the said time, then the shipping cost should be refunded. Believe me, even after all the priorities (medicine) that I have mentioned, the package reached to my nearest location (10 km) on 6th day after shipment. Also, I was asked to pickup the package from the hub and no one cares to deliver it to the address. Due to such a poor service, I missed two doses of medicine which could also effect my wellness. As I didn't get the package on time and also it wasn't delivered to my address, I approached this branch for refund as per their policies (also confirmed with Chennai support branch). Mr.perfect ladies working here just gave me an answer stating "We WON'T return the shipping cost" and no further responses still. DECIDING TO CHOOSE PROFESSIONAL COURIER IS LIKE THROWING YOUR PACKAGE IN OCEAN AND RELAXING.
