Btw this is the wrong address. Search for Venkata Ramana hotel near this location only. Courier is opposite to this hotel. There is a way between two shops...On the opposite side of this hotel. Go in... Third store on your right. Now about the service: My mom sent me a courier. After 4 days I got a call from this courier service, saying the delivery address is unavailable. They asked me to come to Sullurpeta bus stop and give them a call, they will come and give my parcel. The next day...(it was my birthday) I went to Sullurpeta. I called them after reaching to the bus stop. They replied the shop is closed, come tomorrow. In angry I went to this location (which is wrong) then searched for the correct address. Went there and collected my parcel. The same guy asked me for help, saying here is another parcel to the same location where you came from, can you take it there? No!
The worst Ive ever seen! They accept the couriers which they cant or wont deliver.They dont even call the reciever neither notify with an sms.They simply sends back with a reaason stating that DOOR LOCKED!.
Worst courier service I have seen. Without delivering the goods to the address they return it back. Online sellers please note and don't consider them as your business partner.
