My recent stay at pride surpassed expectations. The 5-star rating is well-deserved, with rooms as luxurious sanctuaries, thanks to meticulous housekeeping. Chef added joy to mornings with a warm smile and assistance. What sets this establishment apart is not just the physical space but the attentive staff, providing quick, polite, and genuinely caring service. Unexpected health issues were met with exceptional support, reflecting a commitment beyond typical hospitality. Culinary experiences are elevated, meeting the highest hygiene standards. Pride, a serene haven, blends luxury with affordability, making it my top recommendation for future visits

The hospitality shown by all the staffs is really appreciable. They made sure all my needs were met on time. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the room service were always available. The complimentary breakfast in one of their restaurant Cafe Treat, though had limited non veg items their food tasted good. Five star for the locality of the hotel which is closer to many malls and shopping centres.

The hotel's location is great, with easy access to major attractions and business districts. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and had comfortable furnishings. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and ready to assist. The dining options were impressive, with a delicious breakfast buffet and a variety of cuisines to choose from. Hospitality field is getting filled with scammers. On noticing a mistake in the booking and giving them feedback, management is demanding 3X for the stay instead of being thankful and rectifying their mistake and welcoming guests again for next visit. Customer service = 0. Did not expect senior managers to wend off customers like this. Would not recommend this property to anybody, kindly opt nearby properties. Centuries away from being a 4 star property.

Booked this on Priceline through Express deals . This hotel is marketed as 4 star but in my opinion it is more like a 1 star or 2 star. Here is my experience, I arrived around 4pm for a check in , the hotel staff greeted me and the receptionist gave me the key after a little wait and taking all my details. She gave me a Deluxe Room on the 3rd floor after I requested for a higher floor, she said that's the highest for the Deluxe rooms. I took the key and went to the room, I was not at all impressed by the ambience, the room was not clean at all , the sheets were bad, the decor was old, the chair was unstable. I came downstairs again and asked if I can get an upgrade and she said I can for a higher price, I agreed for a higher price. Then a senior staff hostess came and requested me if I can wait as the room is not yet ready and will be ready shortly, I waited for another half hour. Finally I went to the new room on 4th floor, this time the room was better than before but not at all 4 star standard, the bathroom interiors were old and the surfaces were not clean. as it is close to centre lot of honking can be heard in the evening. I checked out early in the morning around 5:30am and started my road trip back home. All in all it was OK to stay but not really a Star Hotel.

Have visited hotels many times in past But now hotel is 36 years old and requires maintianence On 4 September 23 I was having booking over there and on same day they completed 36 years. 36% discount was there to every customers on Food and beverages only for same day Food quality is maintained Rooms require renovation Bathroom where not that clean. Staff was calm polite and helpful
