I made my second visit to Guhfa restaurant today in less than a month. Food was Ok but the soup was not even lukewarm. Had to get it redone. Otherwise all were OK. The elevator is grossly insufficient and there is just one elevator for all the rooms and the restaurant also. Pretty cramped. We had taken the staircase down rather than the elevator.

I am staying here since 2 days in #1102, a double room. The room is neat & hygeinic. The toiletries are of good quality. All items are kept in order.In the double room, we have 2 TVs with intact remotes. Unlike most hotels, there is a wall clock in the room. Usually the staff become indifferent especially if they were not tipped. I don't do this. The bell boy Tom Kon didn't appear to hang around as if he was expecting something. When we landed in the evening I was a little unhappy when the manager was too busy with another party, without noticing that a family has landed at late evening..I thought he could have told us to sit down & that he would be with us shortly. Anyway, the bell boy took out the required forms, collected our details, filled out details from the ID given & passed it to the Manager at the desk. The restaurant staff are attentive to customer needs & look eager to help. The captains in the restaurant are good at directing the waiters. Today when we were having tea in the restaurant, there was a briefing of the waiters where they were taken to task for omissions. The way the conversation went, it was evident how no error was small. Orders have been attended on time (room service & restaurant). We haven't had to ask again. I will update my review when I checkout in 2 days. Highly recommended.

The ambience is too good, the rooms, toilets are completely clean and tidy. Would have been better if a small sanitizer bottle provided in each room. Also some discounts, when had booked 3 to 4 rooms at a time. But apart from these all other services were extremely good.

I had trained here in a workshop. Mr Irfan Khan Asst Steward displayed exemplary service throughout the event. Excellent customer service

Availed their service for Alliance Club's inauguration. Mr Prabhu and team arranged is very well. Food was excellent. Rooms are kept neat and clean. One of the best experience. Even though location is on a busy street the security managed parking very well. Nothing to complain about.

Visited Andhra Ruchulu, their restaurant in the ground floor. Nice food and good service but super crowded with a wait time of atleast 30 minutes during lunch hour. But the food was good. No complaints or regrets. A must visit if you like a good Andhra meal.
