The President Hotel, Hubli - Hotel in Hubballi - Dharwad, India

Today was a horrible experience with the food. We ordered veg Schezwan rice and it was stinking. I don't know what did the chef think and serve it. Also the bhaji had so much less gravy. To add to this.... I had ordered veg fried rice as a takeaway and that too was stinking horribly. For the exorbitant price they can't serve such food. Today's experience changed my view about President hotel. It's really horrible.

Excellent and prompt room service. Courteous and respectful staff. They also cleaned our car on request. Well situated hotel (close to highway and close to a lake). Room service food was a bit spicy for us. (Hot and sour soup and chicken biryani was ordered). Breakfast was decent. South indian dishes highly recommended.

This is a beautiful hotel. It has unkal lake right beside the road, you can take walks there morning and evening. Rooms are quite nice a.d smell good. They have 2 restaurants both veg and non veg, jungle restaurant for veg and cave restaurant for non veg. Both are very well themed and lighting is pretty nice too, the only issue in cave restaurant is the water fall sound coming from the motor it makes u speak louder so I suggest u sit far away from it.The food was okay and sufficiently more then enough in quantity of rice they provide.

We stopped here for Lunch on our way to Bangalore. We tried the Andhra Meals and it was really yummy and tasty. The red guava ice cream which came after meals was really nice and tasty. Only thing is that the hotel is too interior in the city for highway travellers

L'hotel est situe au bord du lac, mais vous n'en profiterez pas car la circulation est intense. Pas une seconde jusqu'a 1h du matin ou l'on n'entende pas les klaxons. Brouhaha qui redemarre a 6 h du matin. Aucune isolation phonique dans les chambres. Vous entendez vos voisins, leur tele et l'intensite stupefiante de leur voix. Le personnel est efficace et sympathique. Mais l'hotel est invivable en raison des nuisances sonores monumentales.

This hotel has a bad reputation of being expensive due to its name and architectural design, but its not. Its quite affordable. Andhra Ruchulu is the only place in Hubli to get authentic Andhra Food. Mulbagal Dosa which is available in Jungle Restaurant, is the attraction for the South Indian Foodies. Guha Restaurant is also one of its kind. Its an awesome place to throw a party for your friends and family.

Stayed for a day here. The experience was good . It's a good hotel with large rooms and 24*7 room service. Hotel has 3 restaurants, we went to the veg one for dinner named Jungle with jungle theme. Food and service was good. Situated nearby the Unakal lake, the view from the restaurant is very nice. If you want the lake view from room, it is available only in the suites.
