Location is somehow difficult but due to road side, it's easy to find. A perfect 3 star hotel but I realised the feeling of 5 star hotel. Really nice Place. This hotel was probably aiming to be a 3-start facility but poor design and workmanship seems to have trashed the plan. Maintenance is also like a government facility. Potential to be 3-star if they tried.

While the rooms are clean the bathrooms feel icky. The food is good and service is fast. There's a bar downstairs if you want to tipple. The reception is unfriendly and the waiter at breakfast forgets what you ordered.

New building is good. Old building is very cramped. Lots of furniture in a small room, making it feel claustrophobic. Food is very pricey based on the type of hotel

I often go to the roof top restaurant. You can get one of the best views from it. Food is rly tasty.

Recently we had celebrated our parents' 50th anniversary here. We had a small gathering of people and the venue was quite cosy to have our friends and family to enjoy the time. The decor of the venue was stunning. It created a warm and celebratory atmosphere that made the evening truly memorable. Your staff's professionalism and attentive service has made the whole time enjoyable. The food was truly excellent and everyone enjoyed a lot. Thanks so much !!!

We had marriage function here, from the very beginning of the planning process to the final moments of the event, the hotel's exceptional service and attention to detail surpassed all expectations.The event management team had also put extra efforts on arrangements which was really great..Staff were really good and polite..will surely recommend this hotel for celebration.
