pathetic room pathetic environment worst check in experience. They don't have even smile of face to greed a customer bad food bad breakfast the provide me a room after check in when I entered in room then I check bathroom and exhaust fan for ventilation bahut loud awaj kr raha ta after that I complaint for the same they iski kya jrurt hai aapko ye to apne aap thk ho jayega. after my requesting to him they provide me another room but use room ka LED bhi damage tha remote not working LED is not working LED replac krne k baad bhi kharab LED they provide. overall worst stay experience in this hotel. Not recomend to anyone with family or official.

Excellent hotel very good service friendaly all staff.specially Manager piyush Jain nd all staff neat & clean rooms fast service location is main Kota centre near by chawani choraya. Morning complimentary breakfast is very tasty...... overall good experience. 5 star

This hotel has many drawbacks. No. 1 Neither the TV works nor is it recharged nor does the WiFi work.2,The bedsheets here are torn. The sheets are torn, there is no nice clean room, the bathroom is not clean. There are many drawbacks. In this hotel, therefore, you are requested to remove the shortcomings of this hotel, the customer is not satisfied. I am sending you the photograph of the hotel room.

Drawbacks in hotel 1 When electricity supply is not available, all the appliances stop working. There is nothing like inverter or generator. 2 No food in hotel. One has to order it from other restaurants. Only tea and coffee is available in the hotel. 3 the lift of hotel smells like hell. 4 WiFi strength is very poor and most of the channels cannot be watched on TV

poor staff, services and food quality.There are hygiene issues too. The hotel do not provide any lunch or dinner facilities you have to order it on your own from any other restaurant. Their soo called complementary breakfast quality and taste is also bad.
