Our trainer Ajith is excellent in his technical knowledge and he is very very alert catches on if u r doing a mistake immediately The perfect Fitness centre for Fitness Journey with Advanced Equipment's and well trained Professional Trainers! I love this place & I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The trainers are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable.

Power zone gym is not a fitness center. It's like home. Trainer ajith aashan is very comfortable to communicate. I have to reduce my 12 kg weight within 4 months..
