The Pllazio Hotel - Hotel in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

It was a pleasant stay. The staff was very courteous. Hospitality was very good. The only thing which was hard to believe was the price of a water bottle. Just a very normal water bottle not even bisleri or some fancy company costing you more than 150 bucks. Hotel management should reconsider their rates as water is the basic necessity of life for any human being.

Nothing comes close to Pallazio in terms of location, food & service. The place is managed so well by very courteous staff & Their Chef understands the guest's requirements & tastes. Rooms are well maintained & clean

Stayed here 1 night in Sept, that was enough! Hotel is in need of a serious update. The sleazy spa could double up as a gentleman's club - if you know what I mean. Advised the hotel front desk and they said they'll follow-up with an email regarding what transpired - that was over a month ago, I'm still waiting. I do not recommend this hotel. With the exception of the doormen, the hotel is dated, sleazy and lacks professionalism and proactive staff. Why it's rated 4+ stars, I don't know!

The hotel staff including the manager is extremely rude. I stayed for two days. The first day i reached back after work to the hotel at 8.30 pm and the reception staff said the pool closes at 8 pm. The second day when i reached at 7 pm they said the pool is open and when I went to the roof top near the pool the staff manager said the pool closes at 7pm. When i said I was told the pool closes at 8 pm then he said there is a private party so hotel residents can't use the pool. Inspite of paying for the hotel facilities I was not allowed to use the facility. On top of that when i tried to complain to the manager and front desk employee Mr. Ashish. They made me wait for 15 mins and told me the pool is closed they should have informed but failed to do so. Absolutely pathetic service and really disappointed for the rating given to the hotel.

We had a conference and cocktail dinner party on 6th Oct'23 and the list of thank you is soo big that I am confused where to start with. Starting from Neha(Sales), Anurag (Service), Jagat (Service), Surender (Service), Sushma (Banquet) and Uday (Sevice) and last but not the least all other staff members and IT guys who helped us through out the event were so nice. All of you were soo supporting and accomodating. We really had a wonderful event. Thank you soo much. Food was awesome.

We have booked for a corporate dealers meet event on 06/10/23 with The Plazzio Hotel. Everyone liked the Services,food and theme here alot. All the dealers had enjoyed alot and like the services. Specially, I would like to mention the name of the person who were really helpful and professional are Jagat at the time of day conference, for rest coordination IT person is available whenever required, at the dinner at roof top the most humble and proactive and very professional person was Surender from Service team. I would really like to recommend him for appreciation as well. Also, atlast everyone in contact at the time of coordination are very supportive.

Very considerate and good staff, quite comfortable rooms. Food is also quite well prepared as per your requirements. Highly recommended.
