Pathetic experience, they made me wait for 1.5 hrs stating that the order is about to reach and after me calling thrice each time the concerned team said that the order is about to get ready. On cancelling my order they are least bothered about losing a customer and have a very careless attitude. I would not at all recommend anyone to trust such a joint where customer satisfaction is least on the priority list.
The pizza didn't taste good. It was like it was made out of stale bread and there was no paper flavouring done on pizza. The delivery was also late with wrong order delivery. This is really not appreciable. The quality of food which Pizza Grill used to deliver has now depreciated.
I live in Govindpuram and it's just few kms from my place. I read other reviews as well, the place is normal you cannot compare it with DOMINOS, PIZZA hut etc. Pizza Grill has its own taste, we ate corn pizza (Rs. 55) and a mix sauce pasta (Rs. 100) and the taste was delicious. We all should consider the team size, price and scale of the business while reviewing. One can easily GO FOR IT.

Don't order pizza from this shop. Bad quality. It was made out of stale bread. My wife got food poisoning after eating pizza yesterday.
