I joined Pilates 2 weeks back and I m already loving it. The studio is a whole new vibe with a peaceful and calming effect. The trainers at the studio are very welcoming , especially Jasmine under whom I m getting trained. I love the way she supports and motivates me to the fullest.
I just recently joined pilates and i am already feeling healthy and pleasant. Doing pilates not only strengthens me but also calms me down. I have been training under Jasmine, which i love as she is supportive and helpful, and helps me push through the entire session.
Doing private class since 2 years at pilates studio with Jasmine. And all I want to say is if you want to get in shape while doing fun workouts then this is the best place for you!!
I liked the studio a lot with my trial session. It's a clean peaceful place and it helps that it's not crowded like most other places. The focus on fitness is holistic. The trainer at the studio hesha was a thorough professional who would guide you beyond the sole purpose of commercial offers for the studio. Will look to join soon.
