I have been to the hotel for a meeting. The hotel is near the airport. I stayed in room 302. Room was spacious. Breakfast in the coffee shop was amazing, they have so many options for vegetarian and vegan. Breakfast is served until 10 pm. I have been served by Garima and Shubham in coffee shop. Both were amazing. Thank you for the great service. Would like to see you again.
We have been unintentionally troublesome guests. Our taxi driver insisted on a cash payment although we had already settled the bill via Uber. Another hotel had screwed up our laundry order and had not delivered it in time. Piccadily team supported us with both matters. Side fact, our room and the bar was pretty good, so we can only recommend this place.
One of good options if in Lucknow for a quick trip. Nearest to the airport. Nice rooms and good service. It has got a nice bar on the ground floor. Food is okay .
Mr. Abhinav at Front Desk is the worst staff there can be. He is solely taking down the reputation of this hotel. He behaves with customer like they are his slave. No manners and full of attitude. He alone has beahved with many customers so rudely that now people are not recommending this hotel. I worry how PICCADILY has still employed him as he is bringing such bad repute to the hotel.

Good hotel, comfortable and clean. The location is not very central, but relatively easy to reach. We had great difficulty connecting to their wifi network through all 3 of our devices throughout our 3 day stay, and also poor connection speed throughout. Apart from the internet, the place was good.
