Last month I approached the Physio Clinic with chronic neck and shoulder pain. Due to the stiffness of muscles the movements were immensely painful. But from the first day's treatment itself I felt relief and it increased my confidence. After 10 days of electro therapy and exercises, the muscles became normal and it made the movements easier. Then exercises continued for a further two weeks. This helped me to regain my posture. During this period, my husband has also got service from the clinic for his back pain. He felt relief with just 3 days' treatment and exercises.I express my sincere gratitude for the care, hospitality and best service we received from the Chief Physio therapist Mr. Nandagopan and his efficient team members Aishwarya, Athira and Jithin. My heartfelt thanks to Nandagopan Sir and the team Physio clinic who has given me the confidence to walk again. I have approached Nandagopan sir with multiple problems in my left leg, which was due to a major accident that happened 15 years back and a recent injury which has hurt my knees and ankles, which didn't even allow me to stand for 2 minutes or to walk 10 steps without pain.With a swollen ankle and extreme weak knee and thigh muscles I approached them. Sir heard all my problems with utter patience and advised me to undergo strength training.The instructors were really patient and helpful and answered all my queries and concerns. I could see a great improvement in the first week itself.Within 3 weeks, I was able to walk and stand properly without pain. While recovering after a crush injury on my finger, Dr. Ashish, plastic surgeon at Cosmo Hospital had referred me to meet a hand specialist Mr. Nanda Gopan. I am extremely happy to have come to The Physio Clinic by Nanda Gopan. A week was all I needed with their quality therapy and sense of camaraderie. Nandan and his team is very knowledgeable and supportive of our needs. There is always a therapist available to attend to our needs. I am very happy to have met the very friendly Nandan as my physiotherapist and have recommended him to my friends and family too.

Nandagopan is the main consultant. He does a patient hearing of the problem and a thorough analysis and suggest the treatment. I went for a neck spasm while I was on a customer visit in thiruvananthapuram. Got good relief with the initial pressure treatment and electro therapy.

As a result of my shoulder injury which was serious my movements were severely restricted and I was in continuous pain. The treatment at the Physio Clinic was such that the exercises were effective without being very painful. Regular exercises conducted by patient and skillful physiotherapists led by Dr. Nanda Gopan helped in the recovery process. I am now able to use my arm freely with little or no pain. Continous exercise using specialized equipment helped immensely. A big thanks to all the cheerful physiotherapists who contributed immensely to my recovery

Visited "The physio clinic" for my severe back pain (with pain radiating toward my legs) as recommended by my doctor. Dr. Nanda Gopan was keen on getting to know my condition and coming up with a suitable therapy plan. His hands-on skills are the best, and he really pays individual attention to each of his patients. The clinic's atmosphere is nice, and special thanks to Dr. Aishwarya and Dr. Surumi for their friendliness and kindness. They were really angels for someone like me who has barely done any exercise. Altogether, in 7 sessions (1-hour session each time), my back pain was almost gone, and I could feel so much better. Thank you to Dr. Nanda Gopan and his excellent team for the great work they do :)

Me and my wife were his patients for the last 4 weeks. Both of us are in our seventies and had symptoms such as joint stiffness and aches.
