The PGS Vedanta, Cochin - Hotel in Ernakulam - Ernakulam, India

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the PGS Vedanta for a week-long getaway, and I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience. The hotel's spacious and well-appointed rooms offer a tranquil retreat, with plush beds, modern amenities, and breathtaking city views.

Sorry to say but very underwhelmed with our stay here. Dirty bathrooms, bad housekeeping coupled with less number of staff made it difficult for us to like the place. Definitely can do much better in terms of infrastructure and service.

Hotel locating in the heart of the city.. Very close to metro station and railway too.. Rooms are very neat and luxurious.. Good service... It was a great experience.. Thank you pgs team for your wonderful service

Great customer service, to mention specific, Aswathi was so generous and helpful! Clean and hygiene room, will look into PGS further in future Worth the money spent. Good ambience and customer service offered.

Staff members do not listen at all. There is noise and noise at night. Can't sleep. Room mess everything is good very clean and tidy.

At most, this hotel can be considered a 2-star hotel. Our bathroom was not clean, and it seems that the pool is not properly maintained either. The pool's limited operating hours from 7 am to 3 pm make it mostly inaccessible unless you are an early riser who enjoys swimming at 7 in the morning. Additionally, we found the staff to be somewhat rude. When we requested hot water, they advised us to heat it ourselves using a plastic container using tap water! and even when we ordered food, they refused to provide warm water. Most importantly, the walls of the hotel are thin, leading to poor sound isolation.

Great location, good room, but basic things were not working AC had no circulation, no hot water on the 1st day, which was resolved on the 2nd day, Wifi not working, which they promptly provided a Wifi dongle which was not great but was able to get the job done. Overall not a great experience, go ahead only if you are able to deal with such issues, I hope the senior management takes notice and fixes these, the staff were great front office and house keeping were doing their best!

PGS vedanata is one of the nice hotel group especially their service was good and also neat and well maintained the main part i liked is it is located in the centre of City easily accessible metro station , railway station all are here Their food was also good
