Absolutely horrible experience. Arrogant owner. No sense of customer service. Rude and horrible attitude towards his customers. Someone shut his shop, someone who hates animals yet earns on their name. Pathetic.

The owner doesn't value his customers. We are paying price for the products so he should better be respectful to us. His ego will take him nowhere. A big NO from my end

Worst Experience Rude Behaviour Price Too High I bought a royal canin puppy he gave me on mrp saying that the price is increased to Rs900 but the original price was Rs750 it was 9pm so i had to buy because other shops get closed by 8pm I told him that I regularly buy it and the price is 600 after discount he said buy from that shop only in a very rude behaviour I would never suggest this shop to anyone

One stop shop for all pet needs. Great selection of foods and toys. Owner has thorough knowledge about all products. Highly recommended.

This place is the best in terms of keeping things stocked. I visited this place to buy A Pro pet food for stray dogs which was only available at this shop in whole faridabad. After visiting this place, it has been my regular place to buy stuff for my pets. I would definately recommend visiting this place.

They have good range of products but are expensive compared to otherpet stores. For example pet's cage, bed, leash, toys etc are expensive here. The same products at other stores are cheaper.

Mr Rajiv is the WORST PERSON! He is DISGHUSTING, RUDE, ARROGANT, GRUMPY, ILL MANERED person. Most of all he HATES DOGS, on whom his livelihood depends. DON'T GO HERE, he just wants your money

Shop is amazing. Has whatever you want for your pet. But found the owner rude. Talked like he has plenty of customers and money and doesnt care you come again or not.
