The Pereiras Goan Villa - Home Stay in Vasco da Gama, Mormugao - South Goa, India

Horrible experience! They claim to have cleanliness and wifi, both were not present during our stay. Wifi was out, the caretaker told us it will be fixed, never got fixed. Its a dirty property, the rooms were not cleaned and sanitised when we arrived. The caretaker just somehow changed bedsheets and asked us to adjust since it was late night The washroom was dirty and not sanitised too, did not even have a hand soap. The bottle was just kept empty. No towels. Spiders crawling in the room. When we asked for a price adjustment, host ghosted us. Please avoid! The price may look like a steal but it's not worth a penny.

I didn't like the reception ladies attitude,I don't know their names of the 2 ladies who were on the ground floor. They were interacting with us in hindi singularly. They were rude. Really I didn't like the way they treated us when we visited the villa. The owner needs to take action on this. The Villa owners Shalaka Kambli and Renvick Pereira are very kind and responded to our queries very gently. The rooms are good and the villa is in a very quiet area. Reply : The house keeping ladies, when I visited the villa to check in, 2 house keeping ladies were there on the ground floor. one lady aged around 30 and another one lady was lean and short.

The lady was so rude and arrogant to us. All the services mentioned on the website are not really available in the room. Washroom doors were jammed despite of showing her she didn't care and asked us to adjust with whatever the problem is. Food prices does not qualifies to the quality. Overall stay was nice, just the services are not worth.

My stay was good, cozy environment and clean ambiance . However, my food charge for a day costed around 1.5k for veg food . There are various food options available around, you can prefer those if you are on a budget.

No sense of talking....they don't know what is hospitiality of guest...worst experience here...we waited for 2 hrs outside for room then also they don't answer... No sitting Arrangements nothing

Nice home with specious rooms.. Near Vasco Railway Station.. Shalaka is a good host... Renvick and check in timings both are very rigid..

rooms are good. but it is not easy to reach by your own, if you are new to the place. Then we have to climb 25 steps to reach the property. Vehicle to be parked on road outside property. Clean rooms, Good host. Overall a good experience.

Comfortable and cozy room, clean, with AC, hot water kettle and tea/coffee materials. Hostess Ms.Shalaka ever ready to help, including making tasty food. A small negative could be the steep entrance steps and finding transport easily, though Shalaka can help there too.
