The Pentacon A Resort Resort hotel

No service. The bathroom was dirty. No water bottle available, I had to purchase from the market. No tea coffee. Not even double bed blankets. Nothing. And only breakfast is available which was also not worth it. Just do some research and get a proper beach house instead.

Decent place in south Goa, near Palolem beach. We went in off peak time so they did not fix the faulty lift, said they were waiting till the peak season to fix it. Complimentary breakfast was OK. Could do with more variety. No inhotel food option is a minus so we went out to eat. Would recommend it for a short stay. If you are planning to stay in south Goa for longer than a couple of days,renting a beach side villa might be better.

Loved the experience. Pratish and Prathamesh brother duo who manage this place are very warm towards customers and quite helpful with restaurant and location suggestions too! Their breakfast was limited but it was nice. Toiletries were provided and hot water is also available 24*7.Bathroom was clean and rooms as well.

1. Rooms are ugliest. 2. No service. 3. They told us unlimited breakfast, but we did not get even the proper cup of tea. 4. Toilets are literally very unhygienic. We asked them to clean 4-5 times, but they did not clean it once. 5. No staff available. Only 4-5 guys are there, sometimes someone is cooking, the same persone will do room cleaning. 6. Zero management. 7. You will never get anything unless you ask.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pentacon A Resort in Goa, and overall, it was a delightful experience. Pentacon A Resort boasts a convenient location, nestled in the south of Goa. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The staff at Pentacon A Resort was friendly, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. They provided excellent service throughout my stay, from smooth check-in to prompt assistance with any inquiries or requests I had. Their professionalism and willingness to help enhanced my overall experience. Considering the quality of accommodations, facilities, and the overall experience, I found Pentacon A Resort to offer good value for money. The pricing was reasonable, especially when considering the convenient location and the excellent services provided.

It is a good place to stay if you are just looking for somewhere cheap to stay the night in South Goa. It is near Lalit hotel and the Rajbaga beach. It is also not that far from Palolem beach if you have a ride. There is no view as such from the hotel. It is more of an Oyo kind of place but it has way more spacious and clean rooms than your standard cheap hotels.

The most pathetic experience ever!! 1. Lift has not been working since ages. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we had to climb stairs every time we came from outside. 2. Breakfast was pathetic nothing great to expect 3. Toiletries were medimix soap and vatika shampoo, which were only provided when you ask for it. 4. The bathrooms were unhygienic and not cleaned at all. If you want a clean bathroom you need to ask them to clean only then they clean 5. The rooms were not cleaned before the guests arrived 6. Tv is not working 7. There is no supply of hot water 8. The rooms had cobwebs and dirt around not cleaned at all! 9. Bedsheets were dirty 10. The amenities had mentioned ac, tv and electric kettle and none of these things were working here. 11. When asked to give complimentary water on our last day, the owner declined stating that they don't give water on the day of checkout. Pathetic behaviour! Pathetic and rude behaviour. They exploit their staff. I would recommend not to stay here at all!
