The Peerless Inn - Hotel in Hyderabad, Rai Durg - Hyderabad, India

Peerless Inn, Hyderabad... Recently had a small gathering of around 25 people (friends and family). It was very well managed and had a good time. Used the banquet services only. Everyone appreciated the food spread we had, both taste and quality was excellent. Staff members behaviour was also very cordial and respectful. Definitely a good place for not so large gathering.

Worst washrooms in my experience, and reception doesn't care for the complaints about it. We were there for 2 days but no one came to even check the washrooms. Rooms are adequate, not at all worth the price. Good menu for breakfast but it's Rs400+GST per person. Claims to be smoke free, but all you can smell in corridors is cigarettes.

There are so many mice in the AC duct, and they keep making noise. You can hear sounds from nearby rooms and rooms on the upper floor. The water stopped running during the shower; you have to wait and hope it comes back. The lifts have a terrible smell; you wouldn't want to enter them. One lift is slightly better, but you still have to hope it comes. You can smell something unpleasant throughout the hotel. The key holder for my room was not accepting the key, and I had to wait for 30 minutes for someone to come and fix the issue. During this time, I called them three times. The service phone's sound quality was very poor, making it difficult to hear clearly. The breakfast is just okay, and when I asked for a dosa, I had to wait a long time. Eventually, I gave up and ate whatever was available. In the bathroom, there was a small soap that wasn't replaced by housekeeping, so I had to use it for three days until it almost ran out.

Not worth the cost you spend. Don't get carried away by some fake reviews. If you book thru online then there is a huge gap in what they post online and the reality. I booked superior room with a request for 2 twin beds ( their website clearly mentions that they offer choice between queen or twin beds for superior room). But when I landed there, the front desk told me that they don't have such an option. They asked me to take a executive room because it has 2 twin beds but the room is smaller and actually costs lesser than what I booked. Still they said they won't pay back the difference. Totally unprofessional but I had no time to argue or change hotel. They dint even agree their fault which is a surprise for me. Also, I missed my iPad and mac charger set on the day I vacated. I kept is right on the bed but missed when my cab came. I called the hotel back in couple hours but they bluntly said they dint find anything. Very disappointed. Overall, it's not worth the money.

Thank you so much Amrit(FOM, The Peerless Inn) I visited Hyderabad with my parents and kids and the way Amrit made my stay smooth is incredible. Staffs are good and helpful. My preference will always be The Peerless inn whenever I visit Hyderabad. Thank you!!

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Pavilion The Peerless Inn , and I must say it was one of the most disappointing experiences in recent times. From start to finish, everything went wrong, leaving me feeling utterly dissatisfied. The service, it was abysmal at best. The staff seemed completely disinterested and lacked basic knowledge about the menu. It took an eternity to get their attention and place an order. Moreover, when the food finally arrived, it was clear that the kitchen staff had no idea what they were doing. The food itself was a disaster. I ordered the supposed "butter naan" of the restaurant, and it was an absolute letdown. The presentation was haphazard, with sloppily arranged ingredients and a complete lack of attention to detail. The taste was equally disappointing, with bland and under-seasoned flavors. To make matters worse, when I politely brought my concerns to the attention of the server, they responded with indifference and brushed off my complaints. They made no effort to rectify the situation or offer an apology for the dismal dining experience. Considering the exorbitant prices charged at this establishment, one would expect at least a modicum of quality and professionalism. However, I left feeling unsatisfied. The lack of care put into every aspect of this restaurant is truly unforgivable. In conclusion, I strongly advise against visiting Pavilion The Peerless Inn . The combination of terrible service, and subpar food make it a prime example of what a restaurant should not be. Save yourself the disappointment and find a better dining option elsewhere.

Great staying place, with good amenities. Service was great and stay was pleasant. Reception ladies were very cooperative and efficient. Rehenna, Manjusha, Ranjit were excellent and did a great job making our stay comfortable. The Chef also helped in setting food ordered to meet our palates. Overall great place to stay and relax.

Hotel located at near by metro and bus point.room service very good, mini tiffen also available suitable for middle class people.
