The Pearl by DLS Hotels Mussoorie - Hotel in Mussoorie - Dehradun, India

I wanted to share our feedback and suggestions regarding our recent stay at Hotel Pearl from 13/10/2023 to 16/10/2023. Overall, our experience at your hotel was pleasant, and we appreciate the following positive aspects: 1. **Great Location:** Your hotel's proximity to Mall Road (approximately 100m) was a significant advantage for us. 2. **Polite and Supportive Staff:** The hotel staff were exceptionally polite and supportive throughout our stay. 3. **Quick Service:** We were impressed with the prompt service provided during our stay. 4. **Delicious Food:** The taste of the food served at your hotel was excellent, although we did find the prices slightly on the higher side. However, there were a couple of areas where we believe improvements could be made: **Suggestions:** 1. **Room Ventilation:** We noticed that there was a lack of proper ventilation in our room, which led to an unpleasant smell when entering. We recommend addressing this issue to ensure a more comfortable stay for guests. 2. **Taxi Access to Mall Road:** It would be helpful if you could inform guests that taxis cannot enter Mall Road. Our taxi driver dropped us 200m away from the pick-up and drop-off area, causing inconvenience. Having the hotel staff guide guests on this matter would be a valuable service. We believe that addressing these suggestions will enhance the overall guest experience at Hotel Pearl. It's an average good hotel, staff is very very co-operative and hotel is well maintained neat and clean. Check in and check out time is good ,but for food they need to be improved, as Buffet Breakfast has not varieties as well as in taste. They serve both Roti and Nan in maida ,hence no difference between roti and Nan. Both are same tastes. As we all know Roti is prepared from Atta and Nan is prepared from maida....

Location at Entry of mall road. Have to go steep down hill but good parking and staff. Good food. Nice rooms but lift is sub standard old fashioned

Nice place to stay... Couple of issue were there but staff really take care of things ..rooms were cleaned ..and their executive suite with velly view was thrilling option...only drawback in this hotel is buffet... otherwise ordered food they served very nicely .

Visited many places, it was the best hotel we ever got, will always miss.... Nice interior.

Best hotel in the budget . Upto the expectations level or above it. We stayed in the family suit at 1st floor and we had lovely experience and enjoyed our trip peacefully. Location of the hotel is perfect as it is located at one end (at picture palace) of the Maal road (entry point of Mall road). You need to walk only 100mtrs down the main Mall road to reach the hotel. You can take your own car too at the hotel. Service is also amazing and all the staffs are cool and humle. whenever we ask for anything or had any demand (like- room heater, milk, hot water, water bottles, charged extra mattress or anything) they delivered them in few minutes. Managers at reception Ms. Shreya and Mr. Manoj they are so nice, smiling and humble. They fulfilled our demands and requests so quickly. Rooms are neat, clean and shining (4.5 star out of 5) and the hotel management have tried to maintain them nicely even if the few items (cupboard) are little old but looking classy. Food is delicious and you must book the breakfast with room. Overall..you can go for it. Thank you Pearl by DLS for making our trip memorable.The hotel staffs gave goid respect to my family and my family liked the hotel. Everything was upto the expectation level or above it.

Located right on mall road it is a very good hotel to stay in masoorie. The view from the open dining area is great. You can see the dehradun city from here. The view at night is amazing. The quality of food is nice but can be improved. Prices of rooms are very reasonable but may vary from time to time. Overall it was a great stay here.

I stayed there with my family and with my experience i must say it's one of the best hotel. The room was neat and clean and even the washroom was well maintained. The view from the room was mesmerizing, watching sunset and rise all from your room window, what all you can expect. Food was excellent and must say Amir Bhai and his team was very co-operative. Big hi5 for the whole staff. Overall i will give this hotel 10 out of 10.
