I have known this Hotel since a long time and I am well aware of the class of service that they offer. I have had a banquet recently and I was taken aback by the kind of professionalism that this entire team has shown, I have not had a single guest who has not complimented on the venue and the service provided by the Park. The entire team that was assigned to me for my event had left no stone unturned to make sure that the entire event is a great success. The rooms here are clean and tidy the staff is extremely professional. The location is amazing as it is at the beach road. I have had amazing experience every time that I visit this place. Special mention to the GM of the Park Joy Deep who has a wonderful team and his personal attention to details. Great Place and a wonderful experience. Must Visit.

The Park is always a warm and beautiful place to spend time with friends and have memories. Recently i had a girls night with my childhood friends. The ambience was amazing and the food was so delicious. The staff are so hospitable and attentive.

It's a old property n need lots of renovation 2) Food is not good at all after eating Manchurian from the hotel me n my kids fall sick n vomit the whole day, luckily that was the last day of trip and price on very higher end 650+ GST for that road side stuff. Bear Bottle 1000+ GST 3) Need to trained staff how to maintain the hygiene in surroundings. 4) Location is the best part beach access otherwise this is just like 3 star property.

We had an amazing time at the Vista restaurant. The spread was great & the service was also superb to say the least. Vipin took personal care of us & we enjoyed every bit of the hospitality. Chef Trisha was also good & we loved the waffles & Pan cakes. Overall we had a great time & we will be back soon!

Stayed here on vacation for two nights. Pros: Great hospitality, prompt room service, good food and breakfast buffet, good clean swimming pool with a shallow pool for small kids, fantastic housekeeping, awesome view of the sea from the room, very good location. Cons: Wish the private beach was cleaned by the hotel. It was very dirty and strewn with plastic bottles. Didn't feel like going close to the beach at all. Some wooden sections and panelling in the rooms and corridors definitely need more upkeep and ruins the look of the place.

Not worth the money if it's hard earned. No service what so ever. Location is too good. Staff and rooms are not at all good. Not worth it. Such beautiful location need to be maintained well if to write a good review.

Main attraction for casual visitors is "The Shack" of Hotel Park. Food is outstanding. Staff is just too good and renders excellent hospitality. I ordered dishes which take time but on my request, I don't know how but the staff there ensured quick (however excellent) service. With such delicious food in your mouth when you witness the amazing sea view, listen to the sound of waves crashing on the shore and feeling the cool breeze.......... all your worries just evaporate. Real icing on the cake was when chef came and asked for our reviews on food. That was something which we all liked. Really enjoyed the hospitality and mouthwatering food. Definitely coming again here with some great plans of big party with friends.

It was a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming . The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing .They had served delicious dishes with.
