Nice location.. The property is old.. and interior is too old.. lots of paint pulling is there.. so backofthe mind I always thinking about cleanliness... so not like it.. I haven't use rooms so no idea.. but common washroom is like yak... good for 4 wheeler ev charging..

We were expecting good hospitality and treatment from the hotel staff and the manager in charge I guess (Sanjeev, not sure about the name) but we had a very unpleasant experience. The AC was switched off without informing, the staff when asked to get the food hot or to bring in the starter they were not listening and we're working on their own flow or rather I would say they were just standing at the corner doing nothing and the staff were not co-operative to bring down the luggage from the hall to the vehicle as well. The manager in charge spoke very rudely to me when I told him that the staff are not working and are unresponsive to anything which is being asked.I wasn't expecting this behaviour from an educated person that too who works in the hospitality industry and that too in "The Park", despite of me being humble to him he was too rude to answer anything, to which I even told him that I will escalate this matter to higher authority. After meeting you and what I personally got to hear about the reputation for "The Park" it feels totally hypocrite.

To start with Amazing Amazing experience. The service was too good ,from the manager Jitesh Bhanushali to the hotel manager to the room service, everything was quick and nice. We got a free upgrade , special request were taken care of , location is nice view is great . Breakfast was nice but have had better also the lobby is mall and the hotel needs a color revamp on the outdoor. All in all WORTH IT. GO FOR IT .

Love the place for Reception happen for my cousin's marriage happily enjoyed. With the music and place was so good and comfort to enjoy privately with family and cooking is the best part of eating it is so delicious. Enjoyed the lot

Simply Wow. Medium Size Property as compared to 5Star Hotels. Might be the property is not so big but excellent in many ways. Good Variety of foods. Best presentation of the food/ service, I ever had. You will never feel that you are away from the home. All right from the reception desk to the dining place, every one is simply wow. I don't remember names of all now but everyone is excellent in service, including Mr Advait, Suraj, Rushikesh, Sonal, Pratima, Lily, Sindhe and so..on. Better you opt for MAP plans. There is no limit of the food. You can order if not available on serving desk. They will make it. Truly an amazing place to stay. I have just few suggestions for further improvement on following. 1. Improve Pillow Quality 2. Improve Toilet Jet spray pressure. 3. Add more fruits in the breakfast. Please avoid keeping the fruits in the tumblers. Thanks, eager to stay again.

Had a business trip there. Liked the hotel. Its a bit old but the maintenance is good. The restaurant is nice with events every night. The breakfast spread was good too. The tv was not HD which was unexpected.

I had travelled 6 hours before I reached here so obviously I was drained completely. I booked this place through my office website. Upon reaching at the reception I showed up the office booking details and the receptionist did not find my booking details so he informed his manager. To my surprise his manager was not warm at all towards me. I am not sure but I guess he judged me based on my attire. I am really not sure but I found him very rude towards me. I have been to so many places but never found any receptionist looking down upon me like this. Just then my office team calls them and informed about my booking and immediately his behaviour towards me changed. He asked me to sit and offered water only after my company confirmed about the booking made. Should it really matter even if I am working with a well known organisation for the hotel receptionist to be warm and to offer water as a normal guest? This was a very disheartening experience.
