The Park Baga River Goa - Hotel in Baga - North Goa, India

Please beware of scam that is going on in this hotel. The housekeeping while cleaning the room will eat consumables and then take a picture and send it to their superiors saying you ate it and then you will have to pay for it. I had to pay around 500 rupees for thing that i didnt even touched or used. My advise would be to not allow house keeping enter your room. And if you are please watch them closely Room also had tiny cockroaches near eatables and under the bed Also breakfast is terrible here. please go for without breakfast option if there is any. The only good thing about this hotel is location most beaches are about 10-20 minutes from this place

Definitely a 5 star for this hotel. The staff is so nice and cooperative especially the lady at the front desk (forgot her name but she comes from Mandrem atea). The rooms are big and hygienic. The taxi and bike stand is just outside the hotel. This hotel is 2-3 km from Tito's lane (party lane of Baga). Pools are open 24 hours for the guests. The only thing they can change is allowing the guests to take away the breakfast outside of the restaurant. We're getting late for the airport and didn't have the time to sit and have breakfast in the restaurant so we requested if breakfast can be packed to which the request was declined. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a couple who are looking for a nice cozy hotel with full privacy.

Check in was smooth and then we got upgraded to a suite as well with river view. Stay was comfortable and food was also good. After requesting for a late check out even though the property was fully booked they allowed us for late check out. Staff was super nice would definitely reccommend to others as well.

The overall stay was really nice. Hotel staff is very friendly. Location is also near to Baga beach. Room was clean. Hotel provides 24 hours pool access. The breakfast buffet available with live kitchen.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel at All Costs! Review: I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. I feel obligated to share my honest feedback to spare others from making the same mistake I did. First and foremost, it's important to note that this is not a five-star property as advertised. The overall ambience of the hotel is lackluster and far from pleasing. The atmosphere was dull and uninspiring, leaving much to be desired. One of the most crucial aspects of any hotel stay is the breakfast, and in this case, it was a complete disaster. The options were extremely limited, and the quality of the food was simply terrible. The taste was unpleasant, to say the least. To make matters worse, during the last two days of our stay, we were forced to venture outside the hotel for breakfast as it was unbearable to eat there. Another significant issue was the lack of a decent crowd. The hotel seemed to be struggling with occupancy, and the lack of guests contributed to a rather uncomfortable and deserted environment. The pool, which should have been a relaxing retreat, turned out to be an absolute disappointment. The water had an excessive amount of chlorine, making it uninviting and unsuitable for swimming. This further added to the overall negative experience. The staff at this hotel were far from helpful. Their level of service was subpar, and they did not display any willingness to address our concerns or make our stay more pleasant. Their lack of attentiveness was evident throughout our time there. Furthermore, the reception area resembled that of a budget hotel, making it abundantly clear that this property does not even meet the standards of a three-star establishment. It was an underwhelming and disappointing sight. Lastly, I must emphasize that this so-called "adult-only" property did not live up to its claims. A good ambience and a friendly environment are basic expectations when booking any hotel, but unfortunately, this hotel failed to deliver on both fronts. It is certainly not recommended for adults seeking a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise against choosing this property. Trust me, it was a regrettable decision even after conducting extensive research. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration by exploring other options.

Hotel was good with great staff but during my checkout time they charge me extra for chocolate which we didn't consume and that was really worst to charge for something which we didn't dont

Good place to stay .. hotel has a river view if you take that particular room which has balcony. Service food was delicious There is no parking space inside the hotel The front desk check in was hassle free the staff are really helpful and polite great hospitality. Though swimming pool chlorine is too high for sensitive skin. But it's clean. We enjoyed our 2 days stay. Everything is nearby restaurants, clubs, shopping etc
