Experiences at the Panash Hotel and Banquets were excellent. The rooms were roomy, spotless, and well-equipped, guaranteeing a relaxing stay. Their banquet facilities were excellent, which helped to make our gathering special. Excellent service and delectable food were provided by the restaurant. It is ideally situated and suitable for both business and pleasure travelers. Highly suggested.

A nice property in the city centre at reasonable rates. The entire staff is very helpful and cooperative, rather they also go out of turn to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The property is a newly constructed one. The rooms may feel small but it has all amenities as required to make the hotel stay comfortable.

This hotel doesn't honour their contract with AGODA at all. Once you book a room at this hotel by Agoda, it's a 50/50 chance whether you'll get a room or not. They opt for giving out the rooms to larger groups and those who show up without booking and are willing to pay upfront, rather than honoring their previously made bookings. This is gotta be one of the worst examples of how a hotel should be and the management are a bunch of unprofessional and incompetent lot. I have traveled broadly around the world and sadly, when it comes to Calcutta, this sad excuse for a hotel is what comes to mind. You'd have a better experience staying at an air bnb than this supposed "PROFESSIONAL(!)" hotel. A complete waste of time and money.

The manager was very polite and very professional. The working staff were very helpful and kind. The rooms including the washroom were clean and comfortable. Location is 800m from park street but it's a one-way hotel. But clean decent linens are provided. Comparatively new than other hotel
