THE PAMBA HERITAGE VILLA - Resort hotel in Nedumudy, Kuttanad Taluk - Alappuzha, India

Our stay was superb....we had 4 families together with children. The host Rajeev was so friendly and generous with his time. Nothing was too hard to organise given his local knowledge and contacts. The house keeping staff were so friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. Having the river in front was a beautiful experience and even though it was monsoon season it was never an inconvenience for us. We did a boat trip organised by Rajeev which was great. Although it did break down in between which added to the excitement! The approach road is a bit narrow but can be negotiated by good drivers. Our Tempo van had to.stop about 100.meters before but Rajeev organised a vehicle to help those unable to walk that distance and even had the house keeping staff transport our luggage. On the whole a great experience and would highly recommend this for families wanting to spend quality time together

Amazing villa residing on the backwaters! Rajeev is an amazing host, and the food is awesome as well. You can just sit in the lawn and stare at backwaters all day!

The place is very calm and serene. The courtyard and rooms are well kempt. The resort is designed in such a way that the natural beauty can be enjoyed in all its glory. We enjoyed the kuttanad style of cooking. The staff were very polite too. Overall it was a memorable day at Pampa Heritage.

Awesome,peaceful property that is more than 100yrs. Reminds of our ancestors homes. Well maintained. Had a good stay here. Friendly host. Homely food. Very calm and picturesque view of the backwaters. Had a relaxing time.

Pamba Heritage - a dream vacation spot. Was there in Feb '23 with family and enjoyed one of the most relaxing vacations. As the resort is beside the Pampa river, could enjoy watching the passing boats and the water splashing the jetty wall. The green fields and the trees behind the resort make a perfect picture for sunrise lovers. Lovely home cooked food in typical Kerala Kuttanad taste still lingers in our mouths. Host Rajeev was so welcoming, helpful and we were quite amazed by his knowledge of the area especially about the house where generations have lived. Helped in arranging a day trip where we could visit St Mary's Basilica at Champakulam, the Ambalapuzha Krishna Temple, Coir museum, Allepy Bazaar streets and ending with Sunset at Allepy Beach, a treat to watch. The next day he arranged for us a 3-4 hour Shikkara boat cruise through the backwaters that let us get a feel of local life as well as enjoy the wonderful sceneries the shores presented. Thanks to the team at Pampa Heritage we had a dream holiday and carry wonderful memories.

Well spent holiday! We had wonderful time with a fun filled boat ride and homely food. Host Mr.Rajeev's efforts are really appreciable for his great customer service! Calm and quiet place with scenic beauty!

Beautiful, Serene n Comfortable Heritage Homestay around Backwaters n paddy fields During my visit through F5 Escapes in Nov'22, I found this 110 year old Property very comfortable, relaxing, well maintained and serene! It's location around paddy fields and with a direct view of scenic backwaters adds to the tranquility one experiences! The beautiful garden attracts varied species of birds and their morning melodies are even blissful! Mr Rajeev, a wonderful host, friendly and helpful, ensured more than comfortable stay and arranged amazing Kerala cuisines on request - (Puttu n kadala curry, Appam, dal pasayam were really delicious and must try when here!). Staff was prompt and took care of our requirements. Beautiful memories here that would be cherished for lifetime!

A day and night well spend!! We planned for a short stay in Alappuzha and found this amazing Heritage villa near Nedumudy. The place and services were absolute brilliant. The food was also very tasty. Keep in mind that you have to order the foods in prior if you are planning to have anything special.
