Unfortunately had a really chaotic experience in such a serene environment . The location is an absolute treat, the name itself is like the place, filled with beautiful palm trees all around. It's a treat to the eyes and mind. But our experience with the staff was terrible . Mainly the receptionist as she seemed super rude & unwelcoming since the moment we entered the property. She wasn't civil in any of the conversations and spoke blatantly without a glitch. Our experience would have been top notch only if the staff could have been co operative & kind. Rooms are comfortable & food was delightful without a doubt.
Sadly There's no person available for any service, the receptionist is unavailable most times. She was literally asleep once on her desk when we went out wanting to request for something. Even if u have a lot of bags on you, there's no sort of help they'll provide. Any service request takes hours to be done & sometimes it's even blatantly denied. Was a depressing experience in such a beautiful place, I wish they could do better.
Even After addressing certain issues the staff continuously tries to defend themselves by blaming the customer which is highly unprofessional. A small apology or acceptance of their bad behaviour would have gone a long way.
I loved the place and the owner, George is amazing, lovely guy, the food in restaurant Curry leaves is good, the service is the best, the rooms are clean and truly South Goa vibes there! Highly recommended, thank you for beautiful experience

This eco-friendly resort is so chilling, well maintained, with nice decorations and surrounded by palms and nature.
You can see monkeys and eagles while you chill on an hammock by the river.
It's a goan heritage property only 5 mins walk away from Patnem beach.
The cottages are big, modern, comfortable, clean, you can have your own privacy.
They also offer yoga lessons, yoga retreat, yoga teacher training and other activities.
Staff is super friendly, polite and always willing to help when you need any info.
Same for the owner George, with who I had very nice talks.
If I ever come back to Goa this will be for sure my accomodation again!

It was wonderful staying in the Palm Trees Ayurvedic Heritage Resort. Rooms are super cool and even with the high temperature in Goa there was no need to use AC. Cottages are eco-friendly, clean and huge. Most importantly very comfortable bed. The resort looks so green with beautiful garden and it is surrounded by Palm trees!! I enjoyed my cup of coffee early morning sitting besides the river. I recommend it to all.

I should say I immensely enjoyed the stay in palm trees. During my 10 days vaccation in Goa I have stayed in 3 different resorts other than palm trees, in the case of hospitality, cleanliness, safety palm trees outweighed all the other three. I had a peaceful stay at palm trees and I would like to visit palm trees again. Btw on your stay at palm trees do have a conversation with the director of the resort, Mr George he is super friendly and was really helpful throughout our stay.

I found this calm and beautiful place while exploring the nearby area from Palolem beach. They allowed us to see the place without any charges as a good gesture.
The place has really good and peaceful vibes. It's so beautiful and full of nature. It has it's own river inside along with a lots of trees, plants and the rooms made from natural things.
They allowed us to click pictures and stay for a good 90 minutes; I really appreciate that.
You can surely stay here if you love peace and nature. I will surely try to stay here if I go to South Goa again.
