I recently stayed at Palm Suites in Guwahati with my family, and it was a delightful experience. The staff at Palm Suites was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay, making it a memorable trip for us. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs and preferences. Their attentiveness to detail was truly impressive. The rooms at Palm Suites were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided added to the overall comfort of our stay. What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. I recently stayed at Palm Suites with my sister and niece. Rooms were clean, spacious with comfortable beds. Staff was helpful and courteous. Owner Rickey is such a great and helpful person. He suggested places for us to visit in the city . reasonably priced , good location and safe stay for women only travelers or single woman. I would love to stay here again when I come back . Food was not upto the mark at all and it was overpriced, I have ordered golden fried baby Chilly corn and you can see in picture was served. Once tried to pick it with fork but baby corn jumped to out of the table.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, very spacious..everything from the Rooms to the services were just so perfect,you can either stay solo or as a couple... The manager and his team were very polite and decent, friendly and helpful staff which is just so overwhelming ..the property is just very awesome, beautiful with a soothing interior..I genuinely loved it and I had an amazing 5 days stay and would surely visit again...

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The stay was wonderful and hassle free.The hospitality extended to me by the Hotel management and owner Mr Ricky was amazing and beyond words.The rooms and washrooms were properly maintained.The food was prepared according to my preference and it was delicious. They have a wonderful team of staff who will cater to all your needs with a sparkling smile.I will suggest anyone visiting Guwahati to stay at THE PALM SUITES HOTEL for an everlasting experience.

Had a brilliant stay. It was clean, in a good location, served a great food(breakfast/lunch/dinner)and the staff were extremely helpful, specially the owner of The Palm Suites is very helpful. He arranged each and every thing for us. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.
