Worst ever a waste of money. 1st of all AC was not working we were continuously telling them that it was not working they were saying it will take time but it will cool down for 5 people, not at all good. Service is too bad we have to call 4 to 5 times then they will come like raja babu. They will close the swimming pool and during peak time like from 2 to 4 they will close it and will open it at 4 pm that time they will put medicine and will say not to be in the pool. I will not go here to experience a waste of money. From the outside is 10/10 but from the inside it's 1/10. They don't have any fire extinguishers. One room caught fire from AC and they were putting water in the electrical device 0 safety measures.

Totally waste of money they don't have any kind of management food room service all are poor they just taking money without providing any services. Room quality bed even blanket are very poor condition.. Is owner of resort still alive don't thinking so.

The room was below standard, it didn't worth the money. Bathroom was poorly maintained. We were in a room for 6 person, where only 1 AC and one fan( in the middle) was available. Condition of the room was terrible, you would regret the money you pay. Next, 'bout the complimentary breakfast as promised, the service was too bad. We had a booking for 2 days, on the 2nd day we were served with only limited food however it was promised to be buffet. House keeping attendant was well behaved only, not the other attendants and manager. The only thing that worth appreciating is the swimming pool. It was really a nice pool and we enjoyed that only. But, how much time would one spend in pool!! Please think before you book. Don't get deceived by seeing the photos on the website.

Food is really very good, resort campus is too big and well maintain, bed bugs problem are totally solved, staffs behavior are very much attentive and cooperative and the last but not the least swimming pool is big and very well maintain. But one thing I want suggest to the management to look after the interiors of the rooms little bit otherwise my experience was very nice. I really enjoyed!!!

Worst Room Condition, Wash room is like public toilet, We are 6 guys staying in a single room but only one A.C is there, substandard room actually, House Keeping staffs are really good but the Management people are inferior & their mentality is too cheap even they didn't server sufficient complementary breakfast item (specially Egg) though they have committed to serve the buffet breakfast. Moreover unsatisfied & can't worth choice actually. Only one star is given for their swimming pool, it is really good.

Very bad service! There were spiders in the room! Foods not available as per menu! The room looks shabby and smelly Very bad experience

The proprietor Mr. Shadhan was extremely ill mannered. He behaves very poorly with every guest. We attended the New Year's party for 2020 in the Palm Resort .. before payment he made a lot of claims but as soon as the payment was done he started misbehaving and none of the claims were fulfilled by the end of the party. When the guests started complaining he just plainly said "leave". Staff behaviour and service not nice. Food was also dissatisfactory. Very bad experience. I'm honestly giving one star because there's no option for zero.
