The ambience is good, staff is professional, quantity served justify the rates and quantity to rate ratio is better than other rooftops nearby. Quality of food is also good. Not too much of lights or over music makes it children friendly too. Overall a must place to consider, if looking for a best rooftop.

Palm Burj is a luxurious fine dining restaurant located in a prime location. It offers a unique dining experience with its exquisite menu and elegant ambience. The restaurant serves a variety of international cuisines, prepared with the freshest ingredients. The restaurant also offers a wide selection of wines and spirits to complement the meal. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service to ensure a memorable dining experience. Palm Burj is the perfect place to enjoy a special occasion or a romantic dinner. The place has a good vibe, Ambience is good too. In winter they have those fire burners if you plan to sit in an open space. One can go for a private chamber sort of sitting if you want to stay away from them loud noises, the private enclosed sitting is cozy too, but the best part is their Sushi's, you don't get good Sushi's everywhere in Agra.

Overall, the experience was bad as the service and atmosphere were good but the food was poor. They provided stale food and even after getting it replaced, they still served stale food. The staff also brought their chef telling us that the food was fresh but we couldn't eat a single bite of that food (mainly the gravy in dishes) due to it being stale. Hence, I would recommend people to only go in evening and not for lunches.

One of the best roof to cafe/ restaurant in agra. Place is quite comfortable in summers as well as in the winters Food quality is good and service is decent. Price is high as compared to other fine dine places in Agra. Approx : 2000 for two people

Talking about ambience, it's good. A nice place for weekends. You can easily get private space there with family or even as couples. Let's come to budget, then yes it is on higher side. The place is bit expensive when comes to foods and beverages. Quality and taste of food was fine, wouldn't call it outstanding but yes it's good and quantity was way less as compared to the amount. We had garlic noodles and chilly paneer. A cup of Latte. Had a fun time. As it was weekend, DJ was also there after 8 PM

Aesthetic place to go and chill with friends. Low light lifts the mood. Sushi is a must.
