Unfortunately, the state of the washrooms leaves much to be desired, and it's disappointing to hear that there are no restrictions on allowing dogs into the mall. This can potentially lead to hygiene concerns and discomfort for other visitors.
On a positive note, the basement parking facilities seem to be well-maintained, and the security guards are doing a good job in ensuring the safety of visitors. However, the two-wheeler parking on the ground floor may not be as safe or convenient.
Investing in a shop within the mall for business purposes might not be the best idea, given the mixed conditions and lack of maintenance.
The issue with non-functional lifts and dirty lifts is a significant concern. Clean and operational elevators are a basic necessity in a modern mall.
The disregard for cleanliness and the apparent lack of manners among some visitors can be disheartening. It's important for people to maintain a clean and respectful environment for all.
The presence of hospitals on the 3rd and 4th floors can be a valuable addition for emergencies or medical needs.
Regrettably, the mall seems to lack greenery, which can contribute to a more pleasant and inviting atmosphere.
Lastly, it's unfortunate to hear that the mall may not be very safe for lone female visitors. Safety and security should be a top priority for any establishment.
In conclusion, the Palladium Mall has both positive and negative aspects. While it offers a wide range of services and shops, it falls short in terms of cleanliness, noise, and safety, particularly for women. Visitors may want to consider these factors before planning a trip to the mall.
