Rooms are likely to be ok, but the behaviour of property right from staff to owner are rude and they doesn't even behave in a proper manner with ladies and kids. They are least bothered about the service and customer care and they behave very rude as like rowdies. This propert shall be least preferred.
The lady manager named Mary Vijay claims to be she is everything there is a spoiler, discourteous with rude behaviour. We planned for 3 days stay there, because of her we checked out on spot the same day with kids. She is unfit to be a manager, doesn't even know how to communicate and convey the things. It's been clearly communicated several times that I was not staying there, only 2 women with infants has stayed and i just carried food for them. You never asked for the extra payment.. please don't try to manipulate the things.
Average room. Not very clean. Broken bathroom fittings. Lady at reception is very arrogant and least bothered on customer service or satisfaction. May be she is the owner. Not going to stay next time. There are much better hotel options around this area.
Loved it but need to improve on food quality. Instant foods available like bread butter, egg items etc. The chef here is really good. The room service is also good. Clean and hygiene. Washed bed sheets, towels. Sometimes shower doesn't work properly. TV with all language channels including local channels. Free parking space. Fresh air outside. Green view behind the hotel. Reasonable prices. Receptionists and management is very good and quick in response.
Rooms were well cleaned and maintained. The staff is a bit lagging. The area where the hotel is situated is quite and you may miss the hotel if you don't keep your eyes open. Food gives a home cooked feeling so the wait is worthwhile. Overall the stay was pleasant and I enjoyed the awesome weather in the morning. Do enjoy your stay here and the quiteness as oppsed to the hustle of the city. This truly has been a good experience..
The stay at Palazzo has been very good. The hotel is in a good location. Amenities are also good.
One of the worst and disgusting place i ever stay. No proper communication with guest, no response, intercom not working, no taste in food, un-hygienic kitchen, staff who serve food stinks, i don't know when they took shower. TV is for name sake. Location is also too much interior from main road almost abt 3kms and I'm not sure abt safety here.
The Palazzo Rate wise is worth paying. Cleanliness of the hotel excellent. Front desk and other staff members friendly. Food superb specially because they made the Jain food on request with no colour added. The taste was of home made food. Chef nature is good and always positive and never say no to anything always ready to help. Even bathroom is pretty good. One negative part of the hotel is location. Entrance of the hotel there is a garbage van and small slum area. Otherwise everything is fine.
