I have been to a number of gyms before this but no one comes close to Outfit. The enthusiasm and passion of the coaches is infectious. It feels like the coaches are personally invested in your wellness. Can't recommend enough.
The expertise and guidance provided through my training sessions have been amazing. The consistent updates and redesigning of everyday sessions keeps my progression steady. It has helped me develop a new attitude in myself. I have to give it up to the coaches for instilling in me more drive and confidence to stay healthy.
It is entirely worth the investment in myself.
Best part of this gym are the coaches who focus more on your form than your ego to load more weight . They push you with interesting mix of weights and conditioning format of training , improving both strength and stamina . Improvement in oneself in overall fitness is the only measurement of a box and they deliver on what they promise .
Visiting India for a few weeks and found this gym to be accommodating with great workouts and friendly/helpful coaches! No need to download an app! Just show up! Would highly recommend!
It's been about 6 months and I love working out here! I was not a morning person at all but the outfit has changed that for me! The coaches are very experienced and guide us individually on our form and definetly push you to do your best.
The best gym hands down in Indiranagar. The attention to detail and form given by the coaches is smashing. The workouts are fun and are scientifically programmed and periodized. There are scaled down versions of every exercise that the coaches provide and the workouts are a mix of strength, conditioning, isometric, unilateral and instability workouts. The coaches are ever ready to help an individual improve on particular weaknesses. Please do visit for a free trial class to get a good feel of an Outfit workout. Keep up the great work guys.
