The Otherside - Villa in Chekhla - Ahmadabad, India

Project *The Otherside* is just super. It has 450+ bunglows with all amenities. The location is quite pleasant. It has its own restaurant which serves delicious food. It also has a sports club is just amazing. There is only one negative thing, you require your own vehicle else you won't get anything (ola/Uber etc) while going back. Aside, you won't get Amazon/Flipkart deliveries.

Such a peaceful and serene place to be at, the sunsets and sunrise at this place are a great to the eyes. Beautifully built and it's green in any direction your eye can see. It's such a great place to live at and be reconnected to your inner self.

One of the best township villa for enjoying weekends. Yes.. roads were superb but one needs to take care about day to day groceries as you have to travel 5-6 kms for some facilities like medical stores and big provision stores.

Very confusing for a newbie to search a villa , proper marking needed!!

Well maintain property...lust green campus....very good roads...excellent food at the club....two suggestions...1.For night should have visible signs like Arrow or Written text with radium 2.Surrounding and front of the Club House needs to be more live with a fountain...lights etc...Overall good..Dhiren Avashia

Its a gated community and has a 9 hole golf course of PAR 3 an excellent course and maintained very well. The Pro Mr Sunil is looking after. Enjoyed playing with a score of 2 over.

nice scheme of weekend home well maintained environment ,security , comen area is also vast , jain temple as well as sanatan temple . nice place to explore nature n escape from daily city life different routine. love to visit with friends & family
