Extended stay for a work trip, and very good location in Panipat when not having a car to get around! Food shops, pharmacy, gym, and markets downstairs are much appreciated. Rooms are very comfortable and okay to sustain a long-term stay, with the gym, restaurants and bar in very close proximity. Service was extremely accommodating and hospitable. Only weird thing was one of the people bringing room service randomly stuck around and repeatedly asked for a tip. It was only one person who did this. Don't understand why the gym has to play its music as loud as humanly possible, but ultimately it was never an issue.

Hotel rooms are under renovation.We faced dust issues due to carpentry and mason civil works, suffocation due to painting smells, Noise of hammering and drilling machines. This was my 3rd stay probably second stay with my family. I told the manger Virender at the time of booking that am traveling with a 1 year kid but didn't bother to inform me about the renovation work. While he was able persuade me to charge more than what I paid last time that shows how much they care about the guests. Komal at the front desk stepped up to listen to my concern at the time of payment checkout and I appreciate her for the consolation I hope the message reach the management and they ensure to inform guest upfront at the time of booking itself so they can decide if they still want come. People who want to just stay for the night should have face much problem.

The hotel's location was another advantage. Situated in a convenient and vibrant part of the city, it made exploring local attractions, shops, and restaurants effortless. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to public transportation, which made getting around the city a breeze. In conclusion, my stay at The Orlov Hotel was truly memorable. Really impressed by the Staff. very professional behaviour. Rooms are very spacious, Cleaning is top notch. Restaurant service is also good.

Went for a dinner with friends at the sky lounge portion of the hotel.the layout is very cool..food served was lip smacking and yeah a must mention of the gentleman with specs Mr Tahir..he was so polite and quick with his service at all corners of the lounge..hats off to the team for your efforts to amplify our experience..must recommend

We have lived in this hotel for long time due to my husband job in panipat. This hotel became like a family for us. Whole staff is very cooperative here and keep extra care of the whole team during our stay. They arranged business parties, meetings and food for us quite well. Sanjay ji from restaurant, Arvind ji and lovepreet ji from housekeeping department are among them who knows their job quite well and always go extra mile to take care of the guests. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody who want to have a comfortable stay in Panipat with good food.

A nice experience with hotel orlov is like my second home rooms banquets food etc all r v good and staff is experienced specially I recommend Mr Khan banquet manager every problem he has a solution

Best luxurious hotel in Panipat. I stayed for 15 days in super deluxe room,I enjoyed a lot,food service and bar are awesome.staff is very cooperative. Thanks team Orlov for making my stay memorable.
