Very very worst service in vellore office ,claims department Prabhakaran ,worst responce waste waste waste

It's a claims servicing center for MACT cases (court cases arising from vehicular accidents). They are doing a fairly good job in clearing cases in comparatively short time.

I call many times for want some enquiry but nobody can't attend phone calls.

Insurance is good but customers response is worst here.late reply and take tym to claim money also.

Very high Insurance policies with high commission rates and unfriendly and Rude Staff make one not visit Oriental Insurance
