Worst experience in my entire life, i never repeat this mistake ever in my life like buying their insurance. Customer experience is the worst thing, they don't know how to behave with their own customers.

I just called them to know about two wheeler insurance and the lady on the other end of the phone acted rude instead of being informative. She said since i had third party insurance for the first purchase i can only take third party insurance but then i mentioned about another insurance company representatives advice that i could take full cover insurance on which she said, then i should take it from them. I was there to know about it and these kind of people makes our life difficult when all we want to do is buy a low price insurance for the same package. Is it too much to ask for?

They not even attend the call.
