I had been to renew a lapsed policy but the office address is not updated and I had to go to new address . Staff were ok. Quoting technical rule I was not allowed renewal. Monsoon season no fresh properly insurance or renewal of lapsed.
Visited for a claim process. The claim application was good. And the staff are cooperative in terms of filling the forms and adding supporting documents. Now lets see the claim process and TAT. Post that i will add the definitive review.
Website is not smooth, I think it requires modifications, cannot even download policy document through website.

Absolutely disgusting and shameless insurance company. The staffs aren't at all 'oriented' to attend to a customer and not even a glimpse of politeness can be expected from them. They even have the audacity to respond with baseless arguments. The only company which says that due to having a previous claim they can't renew for the next time. Utter mockery of a company. Won't recommend to anyone even if this company happens to be the last one on earth.
No supporting staffs
Very bad experience, Very slow paperworks and big delay for claiming and surveys and payments,, i will never promote this insurance company in my future deals,we will not get justice from this insurance company,,also they are very busy of bundle of pending papers,, The management should teach their staff , how to behave to customer,, dont forget that if no customer you are jobless.
